Mrs. Mandeep Kaur

I was born in the lap of my most affectionate Parents S. Avtar Singh ji Dhal (Retd. ACP) and Sdn. Krishan Kanta ji on Sunday 3/9/1961. Being youngest of all the four Siblings I was over pampered and loved by all. I have a big brother and two elder Sisters all 3 studied at NSS School N R Road. I completed my Senior Secondary in 1980 from NHSS School. Although I was not very good academically but brought many laurels to my School. Being a Sports Person got the admission easily in IP College for Women DU.

During second year of my College I got married to a Renowned Transporter and Politician Bakshi Paramjit Singh ji. With God’s grace I was blessed with 2 sons in 1984 & 1986 respectively.
I have enjoyed my life thoroughly & still carrying on with His blessings now I am having great time with my most amazing Sons Daughters in law and grandchildren.

As married into a known Political family I feel proud in carrying forward its legacy, contested MCD elections in year 2007 and became Municipal Councilors from Karol Bagh. I have relished many other Portfolios such as The State President of Shiromani Akali Dal (WW), Chairperson SGTB Khalsa School, Chairperson Gurudwara Shri Bangla Sahib ji Chairperson Punjabi Promotion Council WW and now as the President of Alumni Association of NHSS School.
