President, Alumni Association, I was born in the lap of my most affectionate Parents S. Avtar Singh ji Dhal (Retd. ACP) and Sdn. Krishan Kanta ji on Sunday 3/9/1961. Being youngest of all the four Siblings I was over pampered and loved by all. I have a big brother and two elder Sisters all 3 studied at NSS School N R Road. I completed my Senior Secondary in 1980 from NHSS School. Although I was not very good academically but brought many laurels to my School.
